Open Call for practices of Civic Education Through Art
Liebe Expert*innen,
wir laden Sie ein, in unserem internationalen Projekt „CIVIC ART“: Capacity Building for Art-Based Civic Education, für kunstbasierte politische Bildung mitzuwirken. Wir suchen nach partizipativen künstlerischen Praktiken, um Jugendbetreuer*innen zu inspirieren, aktuelle Themen anzugehen und bürgerschaftliches Engagement durch Kunst zu fördern.
Denken Sie an eine Arbeitsweise, die Sie als wirkungsvoll empfunden haben, und beschreiben Sie diese in dem Formular, das Sie >>> hier <<< finden. Die Frist zur Ausfüllung des Formulars endet am 10. April 2025.
Die Methodensammlung wird auf der Website des Projekts (aktuell in Arbeit) kostenlos als E-Book zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Urheberschaften und Mitwirkenden werden selbstverständlich genannt.
Durch Ihren Beitrag werden Sie offiziell Teil des „CIVIC ART“-Projekts und Mitglied des internationalen „CivicArt Alliance“, eines stärkenden Netzwerks von Verbänden und Fachleuten, die sich für die Kraft von Kunst und Kreativität zur Förderung des Gemeinschaftsaufbaus einsetzen.
Für Rückmeldungen oder Fragen stehen wir Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns auch, wenn Sie den Aufruf über Ihre Netzwerke teilen.

Über das Projekt
Das CIVIC ART-Projekt, kofinanziert von der Europäischen Union, hat zum Ziel, kreative Methoden zu sammeln und zu teilen, die Jugendbetreuer*innen inspirieren, zeitgenössische Herausforderungen anzugehen und bürgerschaftliches Engagement durch künstlerischen Ausdruck zu fördern. Wir konzentrieren uns insbesondere auf Praktiken, die effektiv in den Kontext der Jugendarbeit in Georgien und der Ukraine umgesetzt werden können.
Diese internationale Initiative wird von einem Konsortium von Organisationen geleitet, darunter Resonans (Ukraine), Gergart (Georgien), KulturNest e.V. (Deutschland) und IICL (Spanien).

Dear professionals,
We invite you to cooperate in our international “CIVIC ART” project: Capacity Building for Art-Based Civic Education as a consultant expert.
We are looking for artistic practices to inspire youth workers in tackling current issues and foster civic engagement through art.
You can think about one practice/methodology you found impactful, and describe it in the form you can find >>> here <<<. The deadline to fill the form is on the 10th April 2025.
The collection of practices will be available for free on the project’s website (currently under construction) as an E-book. Authorships and contributors will of course be acknowledged.
By contributing, you will officially become part of the “CIVIC ART” project and a member of the international “CivicArt Alliance”, an empowering network of associations and professionals advocating on the power of art and creativity to foster community building.

The CIVIC ART project, co-financed by the European Union, aims to collect and share creative methodologies that inspire youth workers to address contemporary challenges and promote civic engagement through artistic expression. We are particularly focused on practices that can be effectively implemented in youth work contexts in Georgia and Ukraine.
This international initiative is led by a consortium of organizations including Resonans (Ukraine), Gergart (Georgia), KulturNest e.V. (Germany) and IICL (Spain).
